Meet our HR Consultants


TINA HUTTER

Tina Hutter serves as a Human Resources Consultant at Ballad leveraging her background and experience across a number of industries to drive relationships and build HR initiatives to exceed the goals and needs of her clients.

Tina brings over 10 years of experience with a diverse skill set in HR functions spanning from full cycle recruitment, policy and procedure development, enhancing employee engagement and training programs.

Tina is currently in the process of attaining her Occupational Health and Safety Certification, coupled with her Human Resources Management education from the University of Alberta. She helps to support the cultivation of a supportive work environment with her clients that honours the responsibility of taking care of her people. Tina’s strategic mindset, coupled with a passion for building meaningful connections, ensures she delivers exceptional client services for organizational growth.

While the bulk of Tina’s foundation is in restaurant and hospitality and big box retail, she also has experience in warehousing/distribution and oil field-related organizations. She stays at the forefront of HR trends, refining her skills to meet evolving client needs, believing continued personal and professional development ensures she delivers exceptional support/service to her clients.


CHELSEA BOISVERT

Chelsea Boisvert, the Human Resources Manager at Ballad, serves as the dedicated Human Resources Specialist for this project. Her expertise spans staffing, recruitment, training and development, conflict resolution, and diverse HR functions. Chelsea has experience leading companywide HR restructuring efforts, conducting comprehensive job analyses, and optimizing staff roles and responsibilities. She excels in formulating and implementing policies, enhancing employee retention, recruitment, and training programs. Chelsea holds a BBA with a Human Resources focus and a Diploma of Business Administration in Accounting from NAIT, alongside Prosci Change Management certification.


VICTORIA GAGLIARDI

Victoria Gagliardi, serves as the Human Resources Coordinator at Ballad. She graduated from MacEwan University with a degree in Human Resources Management and completed her Bachelor of Commerce with the cooperative education program. With previous experience at a recruitment agency, Fountain Tire's Head office and a Financial Technology start-up, Victoria possesses a diverse skill set in HR functions like benefits and compensation, professional development, and full-cycle recruitment. At Ballad, she applies her expertise to drive HR initiatives and cultivate a supportive work environment.
